This Lady Eats Green Smoothies

I am in love with green smoothies and my Vitamix loves them just as much. What is your blending tool when it comes to smoothies? I post a lot of my smoothie's on instagram since there is a huge Vitamix community on there. They give me ideas on what to create in this awesome blender.

This Lady Eats "This Green Fruit Smoothie" :
Ingredients:
1 Apple cubed
1 Banana peeled
1 Kiwi peeled
5 Strawberries
1 Orange
Handful of Kale
Handful of Spinach
1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
1 teaspoon local Bee Pollen
1 teaspoon of Vitacost's Whole Food Shake
Water

Place all the Ingredients in your blender. Blend for 20 seconds. Taste. Add honey or Agave if need be. This smoothie is so nicely sweetened by the strawberries I didn't need to use any. Once fully blended pour into your mason jar (or whatever cup you have) and enjoy!

  1. i like this one, keep posting the ideas with the smoothies etc i am going to try and get some of them into my food routines and get some done to see if it makes a difference...
