My lunch was totally prepped on sunday. I will be posting the recipe for the Broccoli and Cheddar soup which is in the contianer on the bottom of the stack. The middle is spinach salad with chick peas, cheese, and broccoli. Then the top is just cut up watermelon with some salt. Then a nectarine, apple, and banana. This is another award winning lunch. Love it! How do you meal prep?
