Today's Smoothie was super yummy.

Eating Watermelon helps keep your heart healthy, prevents cancer, helps stir sexual juices, reduces infections, cleans the liver, and many other benefits.

Eating Spinach helps ward off cancer, is an anti-inflammatory, contains loads of antioxidants, provides eye health, is a skin healthier, creates stronger bones, and many more benefits.

Fruits and veggies are so amazing. They are made with only one ingredient and their benefits are quite amazing for our bodies, yet we eat all that dirty food.
