My "Healthy Gum Calcium Rescuer"

Mix all the ingredients for the Healthy Gum Calcium Rescuer smoothie in the blender for about twenty seconds. I used my Vitamix. You are welcome to use your Blendtec and or your Nutri-bullet. Pour into your drinking container and enjoy! This tastes a bit green so I would either add more dates, or apple, or pineapple to make it a bit sweeter and less spinach/broccoli tasting.

The benefits of eating Greek Yogurt:
  •  calcium due to live cultures in the yogurt
  • improves intestinal health
  • helps prevent vagina yeasts to form
  • contains about 15 grams of protein.

The benefits of eating Pineapple:
  • rich in vitamin C which helps prevent coughs and cold viruses
  • strengthens bones
  • keeps gums healthy
  • lowers the risk of Muscular Degeneration
  • alleviates Alzheimer's
  • improves digestion
